I had a great experience with this car wash. When I first arrived, they weren’t able to do a hand wash because they were short-staffed. Instead of just turning me away, the manager, Chris, took the time to make things right by having me come back at a different time when they could properly take care of my vehicle. To make up for the inconvenience, Chris also included an Express Detail at no extra charge. That level of customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to see a business that takes responsibility and genuinely cares about its customers.

DETAIL CLEANING This is the car wash I like to take my car to for a thorough cleaning! Edgar took really great care of me today to make sure the car was handed over in top notch condition. The bathrooms inside are clean and waiting AC area is comfortable. They even provide WiFi to let you catch on work while you get your car cleaned! No me fallan en la limpieza y me carro pareciera nuevo de paquete. 😍😍

My family and I have been coming to this car wash since 2013. I’ve always had a semi-decent experience but today Sunday I took my 3 row Kia. I waited for an hour while I watched all the other cars get wiped down. Then I see my car and it’s cleaned within 15 minutes. I paid the $75 package knowing my kids have been making all sorts of mess as I drive them around to their endless soccer events. Apparently $75 does not even afford for your leather seats to be wiped down or 3rd row cupholders to be cleaned. Instead of cleaning the cup holder, they stuck a shin guard that was laying around straight into a gooey substance that might’ve been residue from a drink that spilled over. They didn’t bother to take out the mat in the back row either. The middle mat had a stain that I easily wiped away with a damp rag. I don’t expect my car to look brand new but if I am paying $75, I expect it to look a lot better than what I would’ve done had I gone to the Dino car wash in Frisco and let my 3 kids wipe the interior themselves. I should have taken pictures of all of the surfaces I had to wipe down myself after seeing that they had been left untouched but here are a couple of the areas I’ll have to

I came here for the first time today. I was so impressed by the customer service and prices. Being a mom and owner of a mini van, my car was a disaster. I paid for a full detailing and my car is spotless!! I had left cash there by accident and it was put in my cup holder. Very honest people. The waiting area was SPOTLESS, and also the bathrooms! My kids waited with me in a clean environment, which means so much to me. I purchased snacks from there where they have a huge selection. It’s a bit of a drive from my home but I will not go to another car was after this, worth the drive and their prices are more reasonable than other places! Manager made sure my car was clean before I left. Thank you to all the staff here!
